Deepika Padukone is on High

Deepika Padukone is on high spirits these days as Shah Rukh Khan had recently come out showering attention and praises on the leggy lass.

At the "Chennai Express" trailer launch Shah Rukh said about Deepika: "I feel gentle towards her... I feel protective for her. It was special working with her again.""I love the fact that she started her career with me. She is a fantastic actor and has grown with every film. Her last few films have been hit and I am really happy with her success. I feel nice that her work is appreciated," added SRK about the doe-eyed beauty.

Incidentally, this will be Deepika's second film opposite Shah Rukh after her debut "Om Shanti Om" in 2007.

The "Cocktail" actress on her growing friendship with SRK said, "It was glad to be working with him again. He has become my very good friend today."
